Starting Over

Well it's been a while since I have blogged!  I have 2 other blogs - Jessica's Place - my plan to be healthier and Things To Do, Places To Go, People To See - things to do with my family, esp. during summer vacation.  I had another blog by this same name without the "2", but I can no longer access it, so I am "Starting Over"!

My family is the most important thing to me!

My husband, Craig is a SFC in the Army National Guard.  He works for them full-time in the RSP program in the R&R section.  He was an active duty recruiter for 9 years.  He is set to retire in either Dec. 2015 (when they say he can) or Sept. 2016 (when he would like to).  He has been in the military for almost 30 years.  He also loves to garden, build things in his workshop, read and watch movies.  He has been serving as the ward clerk for a couple of years now

I am a stay at home mom and do daycare.  I have 6 little people I get to take care of and love.  I love to read, crochet, Pinterest, Facebook, go to lunch/dinner with my friends and sister-in-laws, bake, sew and take care of my family!  I am the Relief Society president right now and just love my sisters!

Our oldest son, Ryan is 22.  He lives about 6 blocks away with his pet rat, Venom.  She is my grandrat and I just love her!  He works for Direct TV and is a sergeant in the Army National Guard.  He is a funny kid with a quick wit and loves to tease his siblings! 

Our oldest daughter, Courtney is almost 20 and serving a mission for our religion, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.  She is serving in the Michigan Detroit mission.  She has been out for 9 months this month - only 9 more to go!  She is a smart, beautiful young woman.  She loves to read, draw, paint sing, play piano and read some more!  She has a library of more than 600 books! 

Our middle child and middle daughter, Joslyn is almost 16!  She is a sophomore and loves to sing!  She loves One Direction and 5 Seconds of Summer and has seen them in concert twice now!  She already has tickets to see 5SOS next July!  She likes to read, paint, and spend time with her friends.

Our youngest son, Chad is 13 and in the 7th grade.  He loves to play video games, ride his bike and watch Netflix.  He is great at math and P.E.  He likes to read, and play with friends and family. 

Chloe is our youngest daughter, she is 4.  She was a big surprise for us and keeps on surprising us every day!  She loves to sing, dance, watch movies, snuggle, play with her friends and she loves her daddy!

Our family likes to spend time playing games and cards, doing puzzles, camping and hiking (except me!), watching movies and TV series', gardening, traveling, and whatever comes up!
